  6. document remain unchanged and are distributed together.  It 
  7. may not be sold, nor included with any item that is sold for 
  8. profit, without the my prior written consent.

  12. neighbors.  If you find yourself enjoying the game (and probably 
  13. becoming addicted to it) and decide to keep it in your 
  14. collection, you are requested to send a $10 registration fee to 
  15. this author.  If you include a self-addressed stamped envelope 
  16. and a disk with your registration, I will send you a special 
  17. version for registered users only, which includes the ability to 
  18. play the Macintosh at Level 4--the ultimate challenge.  I will 
  19. also include another one of my Shareware games, Mystery Box, 
  20. for your examination.
